Zzzzz

Daylight savings strikes again. I prefer the spring one over the autumn one because I like having long days. Now the sun will start setting around 7:30 and get later and later!

I got a strict schedule I'm going to try and follow before March 25th. It looks something like this:

Diet: Nothing really special, I have enough chicken and broccoli for another week. I also have cottage cheese and other snacks. Have to go to the store and get some celery and carrots for my chicken soup. Maybe make some turkey spaghetti one of these days.

Exercise: I hope to be able to finish one 1-hour class of kickboxing by April 30th. My goal for March 25th is simple - get to the kickboxing portion of the class. On top of kickboxing I want to try out some boxing classes and cross fit. It would be nice if I could get through the warmups for all these classes.

Poker: This is the big one. The reason March 25th is a "deadline" is because that is when I'm heading out to Vegas. Since 10/20 has not been treating me very nice, I'm planning on only playing 5/10 until March 23rd. I want to build up confidence before heading to Vegas when I'll be playing bigger games. If things go well at 5/10, I'll dip in the 10/20 on the 24th to kind of refresh bet sizing for bigger games.

Work: This is actually a big one too. Things are beginning to move quickly for coffee as we have found a very decent location for a reasonable price. I don't want to get my hopes up too much for this, but if everything works out (and that's a big if), we could start seeing construction as early as June.

This actually motivates me further to drop down limits for a brief while in poker to rebuild confidence. I always like to play with high level thinkers (because it's easier to break people who know what they're doing) but winning is more beneficial than anything at the moment. Any extra capital will help make the coffee shop better.
