Twitter or Bust

As most of you know by now, I no longer exist on Facebook which is about the same as...not existing on Facebook. People freak out about Facebook, but now instead of event invites I get phone calls and texts. Instead of people writing on my wall I get phone calls and texts. Instead of going on tilt reading some of the things people post on Facebook, I live in blissful ignorance. Sounds like a great deal to me! Props to Vinny and Anne Chang, the only other two humans in California who once had a Facebook but now do not. Stay strong!

My action towards Facebook is not trying to stand up against social media (as you will read soon enough). I just got really tired of people posting pictures of food and clubbing pictures in every position possible. Then there is everybody posting RIP every time a celebrity passes away. Furthermore, I just did not check Facebook that often, maybe once or twice a month tops. Imagine if I got that tilted from using Facebook once or twice a month how bad it could be if I went on 10 times a day like most people.

As stated previously, I am not against social media, I may someday reactivate Facebook, but I don't see myself doing so in the foreseeable future. Currently my social medium of choice is Twitter, as some of you who follow and reply to me already know. Does Twitter annoy me? Yes somewhat. But guess what? I can follow and unfollow anybody I want and they won't figure it out for days if not weeks. On Facebook, I can't de-friend people otherwise they'll know right away. Also, Twitter doesn't shove other people's tweets I'm not even following in my inbox. Thank you.

Moving on, I'm trying to tweet at least once a day and have been doing pretty poorly. If you want to know what's going on and strictly rely on social media to stay caught up, then add me on Twitter. Or you could call or text like the old fashioned way!
